Welcome to the Wellspring Family Services virtual office!
Wellspring has been a community-based provider of behavioral health services for more than 25 years and serves clients in 20 counties throughout West Virginia. The virtual office provides confidential, secure counseling services utilizing the Adaptive Telehealth platform. Telehealth offers the benefits of face-to-face counseling, but without the need to travel.
Telehealth services have been preauthorized by your insurance provider. There is no additional fee for using the service.
Once you log in through the secure portal and complete your forms, your therapist will contact you to review your treatment plan.
If you will be a “late arrival” for telehealth (more than 10 minutes), please contact the office, as you may need to reschedule.
Telehealth not for you? If you are uncomfortable or dissatisfied with utilizing the telehealth platform, you can always arrange in-person counseling in the Wellspring office or arrange for the therapist to come to your home or other convenient location. Ready to get started?
